Hot-Filling products are suitable for hot-filling, pasteurization, and sterilization. Crystalized for Hot-Fill can resist up to 92° C (197° F) while Non-Crystallized for Hot-Fill can resist up to 88° C (190° F).

From die processing to machine and equipment, it is very picky, easy to get started and difficult to do. PET bottle blanks are re-processed by blow moulding to form plastic bottles, including bottles used for packaging cosmetics, medicine, health care, beverages, mineral water, reagents, etc. This method is called two-step method, that is, the method of forming bottle blanks by injection moulding and then forming PET plastic bottles by blow moulding.
